Gwyn Williams was articled with Clay Shaw Thomas in 1984 and qualified as a chartered accountant in 1987. He became a partner in 1990 and is responsible for business development within the firm.

He is also an independent financial adviser and a non-executive director with Swansea Building Society.

Gwyn advises corporate clients on issues ranging from audit to corporate finance and tax planning solutions, with a dedicated team to assist him. 

Particular strength within the property sector, he specialises in Corporate Finance with emphasis on due diligence assignments, business funding to tailored solutions for MBO & MBI projects.
